Mackenzie Reed

Mackenzie Reed holds an MFA in Science and Natural History Filmmaking from Montana State University, a degree that combines her love for science and art through the medium of film. Mackenzie has training in both film production and biology, and has experience in producing, cinematography, and editing for documentary, wildlife, educational, narrative, and corporate/industrial films. Her greatest passion lies in creating digital science content for the public in a creative and innovative way, and teaching science and science documentary filmmaking.

Mackenzie is an instructor for NW Doc’s youth programs, Documentary Explorers Camp and Recording Resilience.
